Mimo Play (“ứng dụng”) do Idea Innovation (“chúng tôi”) phát triển. Chính sách này giải thích ứng dụng xử lý thông tin như thế nào. Ứng dụng được thiết kế cho cả trẻ em và người lớn, và chúng tôi chủ động thu thập ít dữ liệu nhất có thể.

1. Thông tin chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập

• Ứng dụng không có tài khoản, không yêu cầu đăng nhập, không hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại, ảnh hay địa chỉ.
• Ứng dụng không dùng micro, camera, danh bạ hay vị trí chính xác (GPS).
• Chúng tôi không có máy chủ riêng để nhận dữ liệu từ ứng dụng.

2. Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị

Điểm cao và danh sách trò chơi yêu thích được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn, không được gửi đi đâu. Gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu này. Tính năng đọc to (chuyển văn bản thành giọng nói) dùng bộ đọc có sẵn của hệ điều hành.

3. Quảng cáo (Google AdMob)

Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo của Google AdMob để duy trì miễn phí. Khi tải quảng cáo, SDK của Google có thể tự động thu thập một số thông tin kỹ thuật như địa chỉ IP (để suy ra vị trí gần đúng), loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, thông tin chẩn đoán và tương tác với quảng cáo, nhằm hiển thị quảng cáo, đo lường và chống gian lận.

• Trên Android: mọi yêu cầu quảng cáo được đánh dấu là dành cho trẻ em (tuân thủ COPPA và chính sách Gia đình của Google Play), chỉ hiển thị quảng cáo phù hợp mọi lứa tuổi (mức G) và không cá nhân hoá. Ứng dụng không truy cập Mã nhận dạng quảng cáo (Advertising ID).
• Trên iOS: ứng dụng hỏi ý kiến bạn qua hộp thoại App Tracking Transparency của Apple. Nếu bạn từ chối, quảng cáo sẽ không được cá nhân hoá.

4. Trẻ em

Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn là cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ và cho rằng con mình đã cung cấp thông tin cá nhân qua ứng dụng, hãy liên hệ với chúng tôi để được hỗ trợ xoá.

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu. Ngoài việc SDK quảng cáo của Google xử lý như mô tả ở mục 3, chúng tôi không chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba nào khác.

6. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang.

Privacy Policy — Mimo Play

Effective October 25, 2026

Mimo Play (the “app”) is developed by Idea Innovation (“we”). This policy explains how the app handles information. The app is designed for both children and adults, and we deliberately collect as little data as possible.

1. Information we do NOT collect

• The app has no accounts and no sign-in, and never asks for a name, email, phone number, photos or address.
• The app does not use the microphone, camera, contacts or precise (GPS) location.
• We do not operate any server that receives data from the app.

2. Data stored on your device

High scores and favorite games are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted. Uninstalling the app deletes this data. The read-aloud feature uses the operating system’s built-in text-to-speech engine.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads from Google AdMob to stay free. When loading ads, Google’s SDK may automatically collect technical information such as IP address (to infer approximate location), device type, OS version, diagnostics and ad interactions, for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

• On Android: every ad request is tagged as child-directed (in line with COPPA and Google Play’s Families Policy), limited to general-audience (G) content and non-personalized. The app does not access the Advertising ID.
• On iOS: the app asks for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads are not personalized.

4. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help delete it.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell data. Apart from Google’s advertising SDK processing described in section 3, we do not share data with any other third party.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
